Q. What level of service can I expect?

A.Johnson's Home Renovation aims to provide you with a professional level of service and workmanship. I back this up by providing my PERSONAL GUARANTEE on all workmanship so if you're not happy we will work until you are.

Q. How do you charge?

A. Johnson's Home Renovation, charges by the hour per man. This way my customers are charged only for the time that we actually work. For those jobs which may take a bit longer or if you have various tasks that you need completed. Prices per job is also available.

Q. Can I get an onsite estimate for my job?

A. Yes, on all large jobs. However Johnson's Home Renovation specializes in smaller jobs that usually do not lend themselves to physical onsite estimates. However when you give us a call, we can usually give you a very good idea of how many man hours jobs similar to yours generally take. After we speak or review your emailed job details, I will usually determine if an onsite estimate is necessary. (hour minimum charge)

Q. How do I pay & How much up front ?

A. Johnson's Home Renovation accepts all major credit cards, checks or cash and you can pay for your projects or special materials over the phone or via our websites.

Why we ask for 80% retainer

With an 80% retainer up front, That shows a level of commitment to the job, contractor and that the job will run smoothly financially .
